DELIVERIES

Shipping
In addition to the price, you must pay shipping costs. Normally, no additional fees apply.

Delivery Time
In the online store, all our items are marked with delivery indications. However, we must reserve the right that delivery indications may be based on incorrect information, which means that a delivery may occur both earlier and later than estimated. We reserve the right to remove non-deliverable items from your order with a price reduction for the same. If you wish to order another, equivalent item, this is considered a new order. If you wish to cancel an item due to delay in delivery, this is possible to do until the item has been processed (see below under Cancellation). Partial deliveries only occur at your request and entail additional shipping costs for you.

Delivery Method
When you place your order, the delivery method you have chosen is also shown. Usually, an item is sent by post, but we may use another carrier. You pay shipping according to the carrier's applicable price list. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address provided at the time of ordering is correct. Delivery is only made within Sweden, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

UNCLAIMED SHIPMENT
It is your responsibility to collect the shipment at the pick-up location within the time specified on the notification. If you cannot receive the package at delivery, or do not collect your package at the pick-up location, it will be returned to us, and we may then charge you a reasonable amount for shipping and administrative costs. If this cost is not paid, the claim will be sent to collections.

CHANGES TO ORDER
You can make changes to your order until the order has been processed. By processing, we mean that an invoice or shipping document has been created. If the change is approved, and the item is in stock, any price differences will be settled according to the price applicable at the time of the change. It is not possible to change an order once the order has been processed. Naturally, orders that have already been delivered from our system cannot be changed. Private individuals, however, have a right of withdrawal according to what is stated under the heading Right of Withdrawal.

CANCELLATION
A cancellation is not valid until you have received confirmation from us. You can cancel your order at no cost to you until the order has been processed, i.e., an invoice or shipping document has been created. After this point, you are obliged to accept delivery.

Please note: All our products are print-on-demand items, meaning they are produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Therefore, cancellation is not possible once production has commenced. Production typically begins immediately upon order confirmation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a private individual, you have, according to the Distance Selling Act, the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. You do not have the right to withdraw if the service commences during the withdrawal period with your consent, if the item due to its nature cannot be returned, if the seal has been broken, or if you have registered the license. If you withdraw from the purchase, the item must be returned in substantially unchanged condition. The right of withdrawal begins to run on the day we confirmed your order of a service with us, respectively the day you received the item or a substantial part of it.

Important exception for print-on-demand: Since all our products are custom-made and printed specifically for you according to your specifications (design, size, color), they are considered personalized goods. According to the Distance Selling Act Chapter 2 Section 11, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or which are clearly personalized. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for non-customized items (if applicable), you must send a written notice to us and inform us that you wish to make a return. We will then take a position on whether you meet the conditions required to apply the right of withdrawal. You will subsequently receive a response by email from us, with information on how to return the item if applicable. Please note that you must follow our recommendations regarding packaging, etc. Please also note that according to law, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs.

After receiving the returned item, the purchase amount minus original shipping costs will be refunded to you within 30 days from the day we received the return, provided that you have not used the item and it is returned in undamaged condition and with unbroken packaging/seal/technical sealing.
